Solutions

  1. Unaitas Mocash APP- The App is accessible on both iOS and Android platforms.
  2. Float Purchase-An integration module for the Mpesa Agents to purchase  Mpesa float via Unaitas USSD.
  3. Collection Paybill- of C2B services.
  • That enables Members make deposits to various Unaitas SMES accounts through the paybill collection account.
  • It enables Unaitas SME customers who have access to the portal initiate deposit transactions to their accounts VIA STK Push.
  • The solution also enables both Unaitas Individual and corporate customers to view and download their statements for various transactions on their transactional accounts

The following are the requirements 

  • One must be a member. 
  • Copy of the ID. 
  • Safaricom registered mobile number. 

Changing a pin: 

  • Dial *493#. 
  • Enter ID number. 
  • Enter One Time Pin (OTP)- (Sent on the SMS- 4 digits). 
  • Enter Secret Pin (should be different from the SMS OTP – 4 digits). 
  • Repeat your secret pin. 
  • You will receive a notification -Pin change successful. 
  • Dial *493# to access the menu. 

Services one access:

Withdraw to your number and another number, Check balance, Pay for Utilities, Float Purchase and access mobile banking loans. 

Float Purchase Solution 

Procedure to purchase

  • Dial *493#. 
  • Select option 9- Buy M-Pesa Float. 
  • Select from the Account to buy from. 
  • Enter M-Pesa Agent number. 
  • Enter Store number. 
  • Amount of float you wish to buy. 
  • Enter the Pin and complete the transaction.

The Application has 3 modules and can be downloaded from the App Store or Playstore: 

Individual  

Access statements for the transaction accounts and deposit via the STK push 

Chama  

Group signatories can perform the following transactions on the app; 

  • Withdraw to M-Pesa 
  • Transfer to another Unaitas account 
  • Carry out multiple transfers from the group account (Group posting). 
  • Query account balance 
  • Signatories to visit the branch and fill the chama application. 
  • OTPs are sent to the signatories 
  • All transactions can only be initiated by a signatory except group postings which can only be done by the designated chama secretary. 
  • All signatories must authorize transactions regardless of the account mandate. 
  • Group members must be added by the signatories on the app to enable them receive notifications and view transactions. 

Corporate Statement/Paybill Solution 

  • This solution enables members to access statements and also deposit funds via a unique collection Paybill and a unique account number through the STK push. 
  • The solution can be accessed through a Web Portal and the Unaitas Mobile App. 
  • It’s specifically designed for Schools, Rental Agencies, SME businesses, or any person who requires special paybill and narration. 
  • Account owners can view and download statements. 
  • Members to visit the branch to register.
