  • Unsecured Loan: Maximum up to Kes 150,000 for 12 months

Requirements

  • The loan is open to landlords whose rent is collected by an agent who has an MOU with Unaitas.
  • The maximum loan amount under an unsecured arrangement is Kshs 3 Million with exemption considered if other securities e.g. title deed are available.
  • Loan duration of up to 36 months.
  • Loan Security Fund should be maintained.
